Enrollment Forms  These documents must be returned to Admissions prior to your cadet's arrival (if you have not yet already sent them in).  If you have not yet done this, please Click here for the Enrollment Forms and have them fully completed prior to enrollment.

Physical Exam  Your cadet must have a completed and current physical exam in order to enroll.  Please provide a copy of the physical examination.  If you do not have a form, please download our form here.

When do you report? 

• Sports Camp: All high school cadets playing Football, Boys Soccer, and Girls Volleyball: 0800-1600, August 11

• Cadre Leadership Training: 0800-1200, August 15

• New Cadets (high school not already in sports camp and all college college) and all Band: 0800-1600, August 18

• Old Boys: 0900-1200 August 22

How/When do you pay?  Payment will be expected upon enrollment.  Please call the business office immediately to have your financial agreement emailed to you.
