Early Commissioning Program (ECP) Summary

2+2 ROTC Scholarship Program Summary
Eligibility:

- No younger than 17 years of age at time of contracting (with parental consent), and no older than 27 years of age on 30 June of the year of commissioning                        
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- US citizen
- Person of good moral character
- Score of 19 or higher on the ACT, 920 or higher on the SAT
- GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Pass the Army Physical Exam (DODMERB)
- Pass an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) and meet Height/Weight requirements prior to contracting
-Demonstrate swimming proficiency                                                              -Cannot be a single parent with custody      

Scholarship Benefits:

- Monthly stipend of $300-$500 during academic year (depending on MS level)
- Tuition paid  
- Most cadet uniforms and items paid (up to $1700 per year)
- Academic fees paid
- $900 per year for books
- Stephen G. Wentworth Leadership Scholarship for qualifying applicants (to cover the cost of room and board)
